Caring Hands Foundation has been mobilizing volunteers and tapping their resources to help meet some needs of the local community in Silicon Valley, Northern California, as well as other communities in the US.

In Silicon Valley, since 2012 our volunteers delivered 150 lunch bags on Saturdays/Sundays throughout the year to local shelters to feed the homeless and needy in our local community. That service closed in March, 2020 due to Covid19 restrictions. We are hoping to resume the service with HomeFirst in 2022.

In 2021, we started biweekly delivery for your Personal Care kits that contain biweekly supply of toiletries to Our Daily Bread to be distributed among the homeless.

In 2022, we are starting meal delivery with LifeMoves homeless shelter in downtown San Jose and will be delivering breakfasts for 60 clients on Saturdays and Sundays.
