HAITI SCHOOL PROJECT 2016
An ardent appeal for help to rebuild our school in Haiti
Dear friends,
In October, I went to Haiti for an onsite visit of the damage caused to our school by Hurricane Mathew in Leogane, Haiti.
We had built this beautiful George Washington Carver Academy school about 6 years ago up on the hills of Leogane serving 120 Haitian children.
The hurricane has caused major damage ripping off half the roof with its solar panels that supplied electricity to the classrooms. My beautiful children surrounded me seeking comfort and assurance
to get back their school. The community villagers including the 86 years old grandmother urged me to help repair their school.
We need 14 thousand dollars to repair the roof with its solar panels in a stable manner so that it can withstand any possible future hurricanes.
Please consider helping us. These are our children who deserve our love and support to be emancipated into a self-sustained future.
Let us join hands to save the Haitian children who could be our children.
Please consider making your tax deductible donation. Your entire contribution will be remitted towards this project.
Thank you.
